SORRY, SOLD! 1967 Hermes Baby (Rocket) Typewriter

Hermes is one of the most renowned brands and models of typewriter ever made, and this is a nice example of the "Baby" model, also known as the "Rocket", from 1967. This is the perfect portable typing machine, weighing only ~3.6kg/8 lbs! This typewriter is in lovely condition, mechanically and cosmetically, and has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, adjusted and aligned. It is a typing machine that is ready to work for another 60 years of typing service. And with its brilliant Hermes engineering, it does that with elegance, smoothness and solidity.
The keyboard is a QWERTY keyboard, with keys for other European languages, and has a typeface of Hermes Pica (10 cpi). It has been fitted with a new ribbon so you can start typing immediately.  The typewriter is in excellent overall condition, having been professionally reconditioned so it works perfectly. The platen is smooth and clean and the platen knobs are in fine, solid condition. The chrome is in perfect condition. There is a small dent at the left rear, on the back plate. And one on the back rear of the case. The case is overall in excellent condition with one small paint chip towards the back on the side.
